What are Terms of Service?
Our TOS documents define acceptable usage of our services. Each service we offer (shared and reseller, currently) has its own set of "rules" or "terms of service" that outline what you can and can't do with your Panasia hosting account.
Every account with Panasia is bound by both a terms of service specific to that account type (I.E. shared hosting, dedicated server, licensing), and our general service agreement. All customers are required to provide a "digital signature" agreement to both of these documents on signup.
